Board Printing
Direct UV printing on panels is used to produce advertising and signage boards, trade show panels, and exhibition graphics. We print on Kapa foam boards, Forex PVC, Stadur, Dibond, and plexiglass.
We print your artwork onto the sheets and cut them into rectangles or any shape you choose. For custom-shaped cuts, we need a vector-based cutting path.
In the form below, select the material and thickness, single-sided or double-sided printing, the type of cut, and the quantity. Enter the width and height, then submit your request.
Kapa Foam Boards for Indoor Use
Kapa foam boards are suitable for presentations, exhibitions, and indoor wall art. The form offers thicknesses of 5 and 10 mm. Upon request, we can frame the prints in aluminum frames.
Forex PVC for Signs and Panels
We use Forex expanded PVC sheets for advertising and signage boards, as well as trade show panels. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. You can choose from thicknesses of 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10 mm.
Stadur sandwich panels
Stadur panels are lightweight and rigid, and are designed for use in advertising signs, trade show displays, and signage for both indoor and outdoor use. They are available in thicknesses of 10 and 19 mm.
Dibond aluminium sandwich panels
Dibond is suitable for more durable advertising and signage panels and for long-term use. It is available in thicknesses of 2, 3, and 4 mm.
Acrylic glass for lightboxes and signage
We use plexiglass for lightboxes and various signs. The online form offers 3 mm-thick translucent white plexiglass.
Custom Printing and Cutting
We print the graphic using UV technology directly onto the board. In your order, you can choose between single-sided or double-sided printing, as well as a rectangular cut or a custom-shaped cut.
In addition to printing, we offer CNC cutting of panels up to 30 mm thick; we tailor the process to the specific material. Please select the available thicknesses for each panel in the form.
To create a custom-shaped cutout, please provide a vector cut line in addition to the graphic. If you need help choosing a material, please let us know where the panel will be used and for what purpose.
