File Preparation for Print
Artwork files must be prepared in standard software such as Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Accurate artwork preparation (utilizing features like snap and grid) and scaling to the desired final print size are essential for a high-quality end product.
Print Files
We require print-ready files in PDF format. All fonts must be converted to outlines. Colours must be in CMYK mode. The optimal resolution for raster images at a 1:1 scale is 150–300 dpi. Large-format prints (such as billboards) must be prepared at a 1:10 scale with an image resolution of 600–1000 dpi. We recommend rasterizing transparent objects before saving to PDF format. Please include a 3 mm bleed for trimming.
Sending Print Files
You can easily send us your files via the online form. Alternatively, you can also send us your files via the file transfer service www.wetransfer.com. Smaller files can be sent to our email address info@inter-media.si. You can also deliver your files in person on a CD, portable hard drive, or USB flash drive.
