The Terms and Conditions of Intermedia, d.o.o., Leskoškova cesta 9E, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: the Provider) are prepared in accordance with consumer protection regulations, personal data protection legislation, and the Code of Obligations. They define the rights and obligations between the Provider and the client or customer when submitting enquiries, orders, and making purchases via the website, email, or other agreed channels.

Orders and Customer Obligations
Orders can be placed via the website, email, online form, or in writing at the company's address.
The customer is fully responsible for the correct preparation of graphic files and other materials in accordance with the provider's instructions. The provider may verify the basic technical suitability of the received files, but is not responsible for content, grammatical, spelling, design, or other errors in the files provided by the customer.
The customer guarantees that they hold all necessary copyright, related rights, and other rights for the use of all materials provided to the Provider for printing, production, or other processing.
Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR). VAT is not included in the price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Provider offers the following payment methods:
• Payment by proforma invoice via bank transfer to the Provider's bank account.
• Online payment with debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) via the secure Stripe payment system.
• Online payment via PayPal.
When selecting card payment, the transaction is processed immediately upon order submission. The Provider reserves the right to introduce other payment methods in the future.
Products remain the property of the Provider until all obligations of the customer have been settled in full.
Delivery Times and Shipping
The delivery time begins on the next business day following the approval of the graphic proof and receipt of payment, or as otherwise agreed between the provider and the customer.
The total lead time consists of the production time (preparation and manufacturing of the ordered product) and the delivery time (the carrier's transit time).
The production time options are listed next to each individual product in the online store. Before completing the order, the customer can choose from the following options (depending on the availability of each product):
Standard production time: Products are manufactured and prepared for shipment within 3–5 working days.
Express Production (24 hours): For an additional fee, priority production within 24 hours is available for certain items (applies only to working days).
Extended production time: For more complex products or larger quantities, the production time is 7–10 working days.
The customer may pick up the ordered goods in person at the company's headquarters at Leskoškova cesta 9E, 1000 Ljubljana, or the goods may be delivered via a contracted delivery partner.
The following estimated delivery times apply (starting from the day the package is handed over to the delivery service):
• Delivery within Slovenia: Usually 1–2 working days.
• Delivery to European Union (EU) countries: Typically 3–5 working days.
All of the deadlines listed are approximate and provided for informational purposes only. Deviations and delays may occur, particularly during the transport (delivery) phase, as this is carried out by external delivery contractors over whom the provider has no direct control. The provider assumes no liability for delays occurring during transport.
Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the goods and immediately report any visible damage to the packaging or the product to the carrier, as well as notify the Provider.
Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for packaging waste management
When selling goods to business entities (B2B) outside the Republic of Slovenia, the buyer (importer) assumes full responsibility for fulfilling local environmental obligations, including reporting and payment of waste packaging management fees (Extended Producer Responsibility – EPR) in the destination country of the goods.
The seller assumes no costs or administrative obligations related to local packaging in the buyer's market.
Complaints and Material Defects
Since certain products are custom-made according to the customer's exact specifications, tailored, or unique, the customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract without cause in such cases, where permitted by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Any complaints must be submitted by the customer in writing, with a precise description of the defect and, if possible, photographic evidence, no later than 8 days from the receipt of the goods.
The Provider's liability for defects is limited to the value of the ordered goods. The Provider shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of income, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
Data Protection
The provider is committed to protecting users' personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.
Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of order processing, customer communication, delivery execution, invoicing, and the fulfillment of other legal and contractual obligations of the provider.
Dispute Resolution
The provider and the customer will endeavour to resolve all potential disputes amicably.
If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the competent court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction over all disputes.
