Backlit Prints
Backlit printing is designed for graphics that are backlit in lightboxes, LED frames, and stands. Using UV technology, we print on films and fabrics selected based on the mounting method and intended use.
The product line includes translucent self-adhesive film, adhesive-free backlit film, textile fabric with silicone edging, and PVC banner material for tensioning systems.
In the form below, enter the width and height, select the material and quantity, and submit your enquiry. When submitting your enquiry, please also specify the type of frame or light box for which you need the graphic.
Translucent self-adhesive film
This self-adhesive, light-transmitting PVC film is designed to be applied to clear or translucent plexiglass or glass. The panel with the graphic applied is then inserted into a lightbox.
Adhesive-free backlit film
Backlit film is an adhesive-free polyester film designed for lightboxes and frames that allow graphics to be inserted. It can also be used in compatible snap-frame LED lightboxes where designs are frequently changed.
Backlit fabric panel
We finish the fabric graphics for LED lightboxes and displays with a silicone edge strip. The strip fits into a groove in the frame, allowing the graphic to be installed and replaced without adhesive.
Our UV-printed fabrics are intended for indoor use and are not washable. We tailor the dimensions and silicone edge strip to the frame in which the fabric will be installed.
Backlit PVC banner material
This translucent vinyl fabric is designed for larger-sized lightboxes with a tensioning system, such as the Lumi system. It is also used in outdoor lightboxes, and the design is adapted to the mounting method.
Selection of Materials and Dimensions
When making your selection, consider whether the graphic will be adhered to a panel, inserted into a frame, or mounted in a dedicated system. The material and final dimensions must be compatible with the selected lightbox or frame.
If you are ordering a replacement graphic, please provide us with details about your existing system and the mounting method when coordinating the order.
