The General Terms and Conditions of Intermedia, d.o.o., Leskoškova cesta 9E, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: the Provider) have been prepared in accordance with regulations governing consumer protection, personal data protection, and contract law. They define the rights and obligations between the Provider and the Customer or Buyer when submitting inquiries, placing orders, and making purchases via the website, email, or by any other agreed-upon method.

Orders and Buyer's Obligations
The customer can place an order via the website, by email, through an online form, or in writing at the company's address.
The customer is fully responsible for the proper preparation of graphic files and other materials in accordance with the provider’s instructions. The provider may verify the basic technical compliance of the received files, but is not liable for any errors in content, grammar, spelling, formatting, or other errors in the files submitted by the customer.
The buyer warrants that it holds all necessary copyrights, related rights, and other rights to use all materials it submits to the provider for printing, production, or other processing.
Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are listed in euros (EUR). VAT is not included in the price unless otherwise specified.
Payment is generally made on the basis of a pro forma invoice or by wire transfer to the provider’s bank account. The provider reserves the right to offer other payment methods in the future.
The products remain the property of the supplier until the buyer has paid all outstanding amounts in full.
Lead Times and Delivery
The delivery period begins on the next business day following confirmation of the graphic preview and receipt of payment, or as otherwise agreed between the supplier and the customer.
The customer may pick up the ordered goods in person at the company’s headquarters at Leskoškova cesta 9E, 1000 Ljubljana, or the goods may be delivered by a contracted delivery partner at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
Upon receipt, the buyer must inspect the goods and immediately report any visible damage to the packaging or the product to the carrier, and also notify the seller.
Complaints and Material Defects
Since certain products are goods manufactured according to the customer’s precise instructions, custom-made, or one-of-a-kind items, the customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract without cause in such cases, where applicable consumer protection laws so provide.
The buyer must submit any complaint in writing, providing a detailed description of the defect and, if possible, attaching photographic evidence, no later than 8 days after receiving the goods.
The supplier is liable for defects up to the value of the ordered goods. The supplier is not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of income, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
Protection of Personal Data
The Provider undertakes to protect users' personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of processing orders, communicating with customers, fulfilling deliveries, issuing invoices, and complying with the provider’s other legal and contractual obligations.
Dispute Resolution
The seller and the buyer will endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably.
If an amicable resolution is not possible, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.
