Graphic designs must be created using standard software such as Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. To ensure a high-quality final product, it is important to prepare the graphics with precision (using features such as “snap” and “grid”) and to layout the design to the desired final size of the printed material.
Files for Printing
For printing, we need files in PDF format. All fonts must be converted to curves. Colors must be in the CMYK color model. The optimal resolution for bitmap images at a 1:1 scale is 150–300 dpi. Larger-format print materials (such as jumbo posters) must be prepared at a 1:10 scale, with a bitmap image resolution of 600–1,000 dpi. We recommend rasterizing transparent objects before saving them as PDFs. For cutting, we require 3 mm bleed margins.
Sending Files for Printing
You can easily send us files via the online form. Alternatively, you can also send us files via the online service www.wetransfer.com. You can send smaller files to our email address info@inter-media.si. You can also deliver files to us in person, on a CD, portable hard drive, or USB flash drive.
